It's simple. We have the same technology available to us as any Web site. We just use certain programs and methods in a special way. We also have a few "special" programs that others don't.
We do have some audio technology and methodology that nobody else in the world has. Dennis Collins quite literally invented the world's first audio enabled banner Ad (and several other things).

Oh yeah...we invented "A-mail" too. That is audio enabled Email. When you open it (in Outlook Express), it just starts talking to you. Optionally, it can feature still or moving pictures. This link takes you to an example page with audio and moving pictures (MSIE browser only).
